NF ACADEMY COACH – Pedro Loureiro
Current Coach of U12 team of Sporting Clube de Portugal.
Pedro Loureiro has 5 years’ experience as a football coach and scout at Sporting CP, where he
has coached several age groups.
His main objective is to develop technical skills and improve body movement techniques,
increasing players’ resources to overcome in-game adversities.

What do you like the most about coaching?
What I like the most is to observe players’ evolution over time. It is a sign of effort, dedication
and commitment. The bond created between players and their coaches is also a very
important aspect of the training process.
Why should youth players join NF Academy?
At the NF Academy, players have the opportunity to try new training methodologies with
coaches from other countries. This whole process is focused on the player, more concretely his
evolution as an athlete and as an individual.
