NF SCHOLARSHIP
Each year we select players for our International and Regional Scholarship where we in collaboration with player and family give our full support in developing the player and create career pathways to professional contract with top academies.
Through our collaboration with NFPM, we finance development activities for players and start preparing them for a professional career abroad.
WHO IS IT FOR?
NF Academy select players in the age 13 to 16 years old for the scholarship program. To be selected we need to see an international potential in the player, and the player needs to show a commitment to work hard and focuses on the goal to reach a professional career abroad.
Players who want to be evaluated for Scholarship can sign up in NF International events that are hosted in many cities in Nordic countries this summer.

GOALS WITH THE PROGRAM
The main objective for the scholarship program and career management is to increase the probability for a player to reach an international professional career. In order to achieve this we focus on the following:
- Increase amount of high quality matches
- Increase amount of high quality training sessions
- Integrate and expose players for top academies
- Create and Integrate players in a high-performance culture
- Detailed feedback and individual follow up
- Coordinate activities with local club, federation and school
PROGRAMS AND CAREER MANAGEMENT
NF INTERNATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP
- 100% financing of all costs (except flights)
- 2 training weeks with top foreign academies
- Opportunity to participate in our Elite Team in Riga Cup and MIC Barcelona
- Opportunity to participate in High performance camp with scouts from Portuguese top clubs present
- Career Management with personal follow up every second week
NF REGIONAL SCHOLARSHIP
- 50% financing of all costs (except flights)
- 1 training week with top foreign academies
- Opportunity to participate in our Elite Team in Riga Cup and MIC Barcelona
- Opportunity to participate in High performance camp with scouts from portuguese top clubs present
- Career Management with personal follow up every month
NF CAREER MANAGEMENT
We also collaborate with top talents in the age 13 to 19 who is playing in professional clubs and/or is on professional contract and does not have the opportunity to participate in NF Academy activities.
Our main job for these players is to be a consulting partner in optimizing the players development, coordinate with club, organize trials and create opportunities for professional contract with top academies.
CAREER MANAGEMENT
MISC Information
NFPM
NF Academy is collaboration with NFPM that is a Portuguese player management company. NF Academy will connect players with NFPM for representation if the player gets the opportunity to sign a professional contract with a Portuguese club. NFPM manage negotiations of personal contracts, future transfer and the commercial and legal aspects related to a players professional career. To ensure a good follow up on the players development NFPM has also contracted NF Academy to do the sport management and work closely with a dedicated coach.
For players who get the opportunity to sign professional contract in other countries, NF Academy has partnerships with other player management companies that can ensure a close follow up of the players in the are of sport development and legal and commercial services.
SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
Best way to get evaluated for our scholarship program is to participate in our programs. A good start is to sign up in one of our local programs, but to do a complete evaluation it is an advantage that you also participate in one of our international programs where you for a full week will work closely with our coaches.

CAREER MANAGEMENT
If you are in a professional club that does not allow you to do trials or activities with NF Academy, send us an request and we will try to send one of our coaches to watch matches if you have an interesting profile. Before we do this, it is great if you can send us some videos from matches with club team, regional team and/or youth national team.
TOP ACADEMIES
Sporting CP is our main partner in sending players for trials. If players receive a positive evaluation from Sporting they will have the opportunity to train and participate in tournaments with Sporting in multiple weeks during the year.
We also collaborate with other top academies in Spain and Portugal and are in a process to also build a network to top academies in Scandinavia, Germany, Holland, Belgium and England.
